Senate Calendar:

Sen. Bernie Sanders is likely to introduce SB 703 during Senate floor debate on Harry Reid's Senate health care bill
Sen. Sanders is also going to introduce a separate amendment asking for a waiver of federal limitations on the ERISA act which would facilitate individual states to impliment a state single payer program

The ‘Ask’ for our members

For both Senators we ask “support Senator Sander's SB 703 and ERISA amendments
For Sen. Patty Murray, please ask why she voted against the ERISA amendment in the Finance Committee in July
